Nursing and Palliative Care at Home
The PACCS nursing at-home team provide a high level of skilled and compassionate nursing care inclusive,
but not limited to, personal care, showering, grooming, dressing, pressure area care, wound care,
assistance with medications, company for the patient and carer respite.
We are committed to providing private nursing care in your home to enable a patient to remain at home as the deterioration of a condition, palliative care and or end-of-life care is required.
Respite care is provided to enable carers to have some time away from the duties of caring. That can be in many forms and we can tailor make that for each individual.
Home nursing care can be short-term, long-term, hourly, daily or weekly.
Our Social Worker provides invaluable help for those in need of home nursing, navigating end-of-life or trying to find a clear way through the world of Aged Care in Australia. We offer home visits, online meetings or phone call appointments to assist you through the changes and challenges
you or a loved one may be facing.
